We are looking for 12 motivated and dedicated Ladies who are willing to take a chance and transform their bodies!

Requirements:

-Age 17+

-Free to train Mondays and Thursday Mornings 10am-12pm

-Willing and able to change dietry habits to improve health and loose body fat

-Willing to make a small investment towards your personal transformation
