Apart from running self-defence workshops, she is a full time Brazilian Jitsu professor.
Joanna has been training, coaching and competing in a variety of combat sports throughout her life, including Kick-boxing, Submission Wrestling, BJJ and Judo. She is passionate about guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. She aims to influence people to make more mindful decisions when it comes to health and fitness.

Becky has been practicing yoga for over 16 years and has studied with various teachers around the world. She has gained over 700 hours of teacher training. Becky teaches a wide variety of yoga styles including; Vinyasa and dynamic flow, freedom flow, yin, restorative, hatha, meditaiton and yoga nidra.
Advanced Muay Thai Instructor
Christia’s journey with Safari MMA started in 2008 as a student, she made it clear from the beginning that she wasn’t stopping until she’d mastered her craft. 8 years later she let us know that she was never messing, and joined our team in 2016 as a full time instructor, managing our London locations and taking the capital by storm. Her teaching style is thorough and captivating, and her happiness comes from seeing her students succeed, by reaching new milestones that they never even envisioned possible. You can train any where in Muay Thai, but you can’t train anywhere with the same focus, love and dedication that Christia brings to her students, and don’t be fooled by her small frame, she’s a force to be reckoned with.
Lauren is an award winning Fitness Coach and keen endurance athlete. She will be taking your through your paces with an assisted run, helping you gain the technique and skills needed for running, whilst on the move. This session will involve you running with her live online, so be sure to have headphones and a bottle of water!
Lauren enjoys ultra marathons and was awarded Amateur Sportswoman of the Year in 2007.

Paulina’s determination to self progress reflects in her dedication to helping her students to achieve with their learning. She is powerful and focused, and brings out the best in her students through her positive and encouraging nature. She runs Thai Box & Burn classes and is the key to helping beginners understand the core moves needed in Muay Thai. Don’t be fooled by her sweet nature, she’s not going to let you sit and rest.

Lara is a former marketing manager for corporate and author, who changed career to be certified PT. After undergoing major surgery for a fracture, weight transformation and prioritising health and nutrition, Lara recently became Muay Champion UAE in her weight category in Jan 2020. She will be taking you through a high intensity hit workout so have your water ready.

Alexis started her journey in Muay Thai by packing all of her belongings in to storage and booking a one way ticket to Thailand. 5 World Champion titles later and a thirst for personal growth she took on the world of CrossFit with an ambition to compete in the the world CrossFit Games. Now here she is, a force to be reckoned with, 5th fittest in the World CrossFit Games, and competitor at the Regionals, goals smashed, new ones set.

Hayley is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt instructor and competitor. She is the 2019 British Champ (double gold) 2019 IBJJF European Masters Champ. Hayley teaches self defence to all groups ages but mostly women, teenagers and children. She has 11 years experience practicing various martial arts including MMA, kick boxing and BJJ, as well as 4 years personal training and teaching martial arts.

As a professional ballerina, Emily understands that nothing is separate to her years spent training and performing. She has learned incredible skills from masters in the ballet and yoga world, however she finds that intuition, wisdom and sensitivity come from the quiet,simple,slow moments of life.
Emily currently calls London her home and teaches a variety of classes to some of the top studios in the city.
She normally teaches a fun vinyasa style class, focussing on the beauty of breath and movement combined.
Elite Gymnastics Coach
Kati is a former Elite Gymnast of 18 years, British Championships competitor, Commonwealth Scottish Team Squad member and currently coaching Elite Gymnasts competing at an international level. Join her in this fantastic gymnastics fundamentals class, to learn the core strength and technique needed for progressions, not to mention the flexibility drills used by gymnasts, something super important for any sport whatever your interest.

Nabila is currently a Women’s No Gi Bjj instructor for Final Round Ann Arbor in Michigan. She is a former Judo athlete for the University of Puerto Rico and former Runner up for the Puerto Rico Olympic Freestyle Wrestling National team. Nabila is also a Belt Silver medalist in IBJJF No Gi Worlds
Aimee is trained in artistic gymnastics, and now has now been coaching and judging gymnastics for the last 7 years -from beginner level to artistic squad! She is also a fitness freak who loves the gym and to help motivate people to be the best version of themselves! Join her session to get a taste of the life of a gymnast, no skills needed, just good energy to learn.
Running with Mindfulness
Lynne is the Brand Owner of Jog On – a unique sportswear brand with a focus on the link between the mind and body. Lynne facilitates Jog On Mind & Body Stronger Workshops which helps increase mindfulness during sports and fitness and supports participants to identify emotions and work through or process them through movement and stillness. Join her for an assisted run which focuses on the link between emotions and running, for an empowering and mindful running experience.
Hasina is the owner of Pink Diamond Martial Arts. She’s a qualified PT, level 3 Pilates instructor and a mother of 2 boys. She has recently published her first children’s book, Heroes; a guide to anti-bullying. She will be bringing you a deep focused workout, bringing the much needed internal strength to help with injury prevention and support for the spine. So important for all athletes and fitness fans.
