Orders

All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receiving and will be shipped within a maximum turn around of 10 days from the purchase date.  In the event that you placed an order on back order then we will give you an estimated time of arrival and keep you updated should this change for reasons out of our control.

In the event that an item which you have paid for is not in stock as suggested then we will offer you a refund, credit or option to wait for the product to arrive in to stock.  

Orders can only be shipped within the UK.

Equipment Returns/Exchange Policy

We allow returns of any goods we sell within 28 days.

All goods must be returned in original selling condition, this includes any tags and packaging. If we feel that the product returned is not of saleable condition no refund will be granted only replacement and a 25% re-packing charge will apply.

All refunds will not include our initial postage charge, in the case of a FREE DELIVERY the charge is £3.99 if item was sent by Royal Mail or £5.99 if sent by a courier service.

You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. (Note – Gum Shields and Groin guards are not able to be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.)

Please allow 48 hours, once your return has been received, to be processed.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund / exchange – once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Please obtain proof of postage to cover you in the case of lost parcels.

Defective items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, you will be entitled to one of the following remedies:

Within 28 days of receiving the defective item, you can choose to receive either:

a replacement; or a full refund (all refunds will not include our initial postage charge, in the case of a FREE DELIVERY the charge is £3.99 if item was sent by Royal Mail or £5.99 if sent by a courier service.

If more than 28 days have passed after you received the goods, you can claim a replacement of the defective item (but not a refund). 

If a replacement is not possible, or if it is unsuccessful or cannot be provided to you in a reasonable time, then you can choose to either:

• keep the defective item and claim a price reduction (the amount of the price reduction will be determined by SAFARI MMA depending on what is reasonable in the circumstances); or

• return the defective item and claim a replacement (but note that if you have had the goods for more than 6 months, this replacement will be only be honoured if it is a manufacture fault NOT user fault and Safari MMA will take into account any use you have had from the goods).
