Fitnastics is our weekly class that offers physical exercise concentrating on balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and endurance. A great class alone or to compliment your regular training schedule.

Fitnastic will work on building your upper body strength, core and all round endurance. This class covers all of the basic gymnastic fundamentals to build your coordination, strength and flexibility.
