Come and try out any of our women’s only classes for just £1, next week only – Monday 3rd February – Sunday 9th.

Classes include, weight loss, high intensity interval training, kick fit, Muay Thai, MMA, Stretch & Tone, mature fitness for ladies new to exercise, and intense classes for those more experienced!
